S & S has been wonderful. If you live in Greenfield, this is a company you can trust. I have worked with this company for over 10 years and they, including the owner on two occasions, have saved me several times when my furnace stopped working in below freezing weather and once when I was out of state. They have made affordable repairs and worked with me on different options and I never felt pressure sales as I have with other companies when you have a crisis and the only option provided to you is to replace furnace.read more

They have done excellent work on a difficult replacement of a furnace and AC unit in an older Irvington home. We upgraded to a heat pump . . . we saved on the install over competitors quotes and saved in energy costs as well. We have a yearly maintenance agreement and the timing of service scheduling and service work has been excellent. Good people, honest, hard working, and knowledgeable group.read more
